A&M Auto Body has direct communication with all
insurance companies. In most cases, when the customer
has chosen to go through an insurance company, an A&M
employee has already talked and discussed the case with
an insurance adjuster even before meeting the customer
and their claim. If A&M Auto Body finds that additional
repairs must be made to ensure the safety level of the
vehicle, the insurance company will be notified to receive
the go ahead before this work begins.
John Robidou, our Manager, maintains direct, open communication
with the insurance companies. If he is unavailable for
any reason, a collision consultant will spend time discussing
the needed repair work with the insurance company. No
work will be done on any vehicle before the insurance
company has been notified and approval is received.
